Hi

QA reports for lab duplicates are not flagging non-compliant data based on default or amended settings. Can you advise what i am doing wrong? See attached example output i have produced with results highlighted in yellow that should have been flagged as non-compliant (Result > 20 times LOR: 0% - 20%) but haven't.
