I have been trying to figure out how to upload field sheets, calibration records, etc., to monitoring rounds and hit on the idea of a dummy site ('Docs') to which you could upload all the relevant round documents. Works fine.

However, when it comes time to view them, it doesn't seem to work properly. I can 'view' them in the field portal for that monitoring round (clicking on the site, then the file); however, it expects them to be photos, and so only shows an image icon. Downloading the file, you need to add .pdf to the file (e.g. photo-178 becomes photo-178.pdf) and then it works. A pretty clumsy way of viewing uploaded documents (note that the type is 'document').

I can also see the relevant files in the Data View/Field Data (by location visit) as links, however the links fail to open ('This site can’t be reached, Check if there is a typo in xxxx.ESdat.netfielddata').

Am I missing something here?
