We were wondering if it’s possible to change the order of the analytes outputted by ESdats Chemistry Output tables?

Yes it is.

The Chemistry Lookup Table (which lists all the compounds in the database) has an Order column.  You can alter the value in this column to change the order in which the compounds are reported.

The default order is basically alphabetical with some exceptions (ie BTEX).
