I am trying to import the attached historical data file to a database. So far I have been unsuccessful. I got the template from ESdat templates and filled it out. Can you tell me why this won't upload?
File Attachment(s):
ESDAT converted - Data Compilation for soil.xls (101kb) downloaded 0 time(s).
ESDAT converted - Data Compilation2 for soil.xls (523kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

I have worked on this further (as I am on a tight timeline(for that same reason I left you a phone message)) and have successfully added the Samples and Results from the data compilation 2 file I previously attached. I got this working by re-doing the sample code calculation. However with teh data compilation file I redid the sample code calculation and ESdat uploaded the samples but not the results why would that be? I need to get that data in ASAP.

Thanks,

Nicole

Apparently the upload didn't go as well as I thought, it only uploaded the organic vapour column and not all the other result columns. So both files still need the results uploaded. I have attached them again as I have updated their sample codes. Suggestions?

File Attachment(s):
ESDAT converted - Data Compilation2 for soil.Chemistry_Samples.xls (331kb) downloaded 0 time(s).
ESDAT converted - Data Compilation for soil.xls (113kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

This issue was resolved through phone support.

When importing Historical Data the data that is imported is flagged in the document with pale green (imported) as opposed to purple (an issue).

The data that didn't imported had been copied into the import template with a pale green color already applied, tricking ESdat into thinking it was already imported, and hence being skipped in the import process.

The user un-colored the data that was initially shaded green and then imported it.
