Morning all, I'm hoping someone can help me with regard to an installation problem I'm having with ESdat. As far as i can see I've followed all the correct installation procedures...up to and including inserting the correct licencing information on the network information menu. However, after closing and reopening ESdat i get the same message - 'It is not possible to create a new project in the unlicenced version'. Can anyone suggest anything to solve this dilemma? As mentioned, I have inserted the shortcut to where the licences are stored in the network information box....a location used by others who are having no trouble creating new projects with the ESdat programme, but for me...it's just not working. Any help would be much appreciated, Regards, Kat

Hello Kat, It is most likely that either the path entered (if you have used a UNC path) has a typo error in it, or you otherwise cant access that folder. Another thing to try is setting your licence path while logged in as admin. Being at Coffeys you should contact your internal points of contact/power user in the first instance. Alex
