We have a full EVS license-do we need to purchase an additional license from ESdat to use the link? We are hoping to just get this installed for one PC as it may be cheaper than a global or Australia-wide license

In addition to having a full EVS and ESdat licence, you will need to purchase the EVS-link for ESdat.

The EVS-link is different from the other exports in that it is not included in the core ESdat software.  The reasoning for this is that the useage of EVS did not warrant development of the link within the cost of the core ESdat software.  Therefore it is available seperately.

Purchase of a licence for the EVS link applies to the coverage area of your ESdat licence and is priced the same whether your ESdat licence is single user or regional.
