I am customising the text fields in the map templates.

The 'help' document says you can include site/project fields as text in the map templates but it doesn't appear to be working for a number of them including [Site_Name] and [Client_Name]. These fields are populated in the project database I am using, and they have been spelt correclty in the template.

Any ideas as to why I might not be able to include this information?

Can you clarify if you are using the Access or SQL Server version of ESdat?

Many thanks.

Alex

We are using the Access version of ESdat. I think the fields I have been using have the same name in Access and SQL.

Hello,

I've tested, and the Site Name is reporting correctly on the outputs template for the mapping.

Some things to check are:

Are other project/site fields outputing to your mapping template as you expect.

Do you only have the one row in the Project table in the database (Access version)

Is Site Name outputting to other templates as you expect (ie the Chemistry Tables template)

Sincerely,

Alex
