Hi,

I keep getting this error when inputting lab results from one of our labs (doesn't happen with the other labs we use). I have tried on different computers in our office but always get the same error.

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'Lab_Name', table 'ESdat_HG.dbo.Lab_Reports'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

 Do you wish to continue?

The 'Lab_Name' column has the text 'ALSE-Perth' so I don't know why it is coming up with this error?

 Any suggestions?

Thanks :)

Hello,

If you are able to send the lab files to support@ESdat.com we will take a look.

Alex.
