Glitch when loading chemistry data

I’ve come across a bug when loading chemistry data – if I use "require parent records" and the location does not exist, the lab QA loads fine, but if I then go to change "require parent records" to "create parent records", ESdat attempts to create the lab_reports record again, and throws up a conflict because the lab_report record already exists. The workaround around is to load the new locations using the locations loading template, but it adds processing time. In a future update can this bug be rectified?
