I am trying to export data to EVS, once it says it has created theChemistry file i click launch EVS and then i get this error: ':2446 : AvtiveX component cant create object' I am not sure what i need to do to overcome this problem thanks!

Hello, I also get that if EVS isn't installed, or isn't properly registered on the PC. If you think it is / should be then you will need to follow that up the EVS people. Potentially it may be a Win 7 thing with EVS if you are using Win 7. Alternatively, from ESdat you can just export the files that EVS needs, that is an option. Then you can open EVS and add those files to the EVS project. Warwick
