I'm wanting to load a criteria that will be available to all our SQL Server sites, but I can no longer load a template where Site_ID = 'All' - is there a way around this?

Thanks

Natalie

Hello Natalie,

In previous versions you (power users, SQL Server version) could upload a standard to apply to "All" sites, and this was available irrespective of the site you were looking at.  Now, you need to open ESdat as "All" sites, then you can import a Guideline that applies to "All"; same for Combined Compounds.

Warwick

Hi Warwick, I have tried this, but I get a message saying "Please select a single Site prior to importing" when I click the import button. I do get the import screen, but when I select my template, a further message comes up "An active project could not be found. Check Data Views - Site - Projects, Active Column" and does not generate the template.

Thanks

Natalie

Hello Natalie,

That restriction was in place in version 4.3 of SQL Server versions, however we have lifted it, and you can now import when "All" sites are selected again.  You will need to select the correct site / project on import, just as previously.

You can download the latest version (version 4.3.26) and it will allow that.  Alternatively, if that  isn't possible you can import the guideline to your site, and then edit the values once in ESdat.

Regards,

Warwick
