When I am attempting to upload an environmental standards dataset from an excel sheet, clicking the add-in button (small blue arrow pointing upwards) provides the window message attached to this post. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy the situation, but to no avail. The location outlined in the warning message is not a valid location on my computer, and I have no idea how to re-direct that pathway to the correct one.

I'm wondering if you've come accross this message before? Or perhaps you have any advice on what a solution might be?

Hello,

Did you open the file through ESdat (Import - Environmental Standards)?  That is necessary so the data can be imported to the correct dataset.  Opening directly through Excel won't make the connection to your dataset.

If you have opened through ESdat can you send the file through to Support to look at, your power user should have the details.

Sorry version 4.3.26 is having this problem. Computers with the older version installed are still able to import these standards.

Hello Cheryl,

Yes this issue has been identified as being specific to 4.3.26.

If possible you should download a fixed update (4.3.27).   If that isn't possible the issue can also be resolved by tweaking the enviornmental standards file, which support can help with.
