Hi, in recent days when loading lab reports to a SQL Server database, once all the records are loaded, there is a lag (assuming this is when the combined compounds are being calculated), and ends on an error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Query timeout expired I've tried refreshing the connection to the database, but this has no effect. Just wondering if there's anything else I can do? Thanks Natalie

Further, on checking the Chemistry_Results table, no combined compounds have been added. I can get around this by running the post import calculations, but it's painstaking to have to continue doing this for every report I load. Thanks Natalie

We are having similar issues with our users getting errors attempting to export chem tables or filtering results. this only seems to be happening for projects that have the addedby, id, edit_count, last_edit_date and SID field's populated in the chemistry results table. the database version if 4.415 and the clients are a mixture of different versions of 4 - i believe the most current is 4.3.301 and there are quite a few 4.2.16 as well

Hi Dave, Your issue relates to filtering/reporting data, and possibly the more recent data, so is most likely resolvable by updating the data indexes in the database. I will send details seperately. Regards, Warwick
