Hi guys,

 

got any ideas why i cannot update our ESdat and get the error code 2349???

Is this during running the installation file to update ESdat?

Hi Brad,

We havn't seen that one.  Is there any accompanying message?

Does uninstalling and reinstalling work better? (you won't lose your list of projects).

HI Warick,

 

Mate not happy,  just uninstalled the program and tried to reinstall it from the downloaded msi file.

 

Now there seems to be something wrong with the setup file and it doens allow me to install it

Hi Brad,

Possibly there is some problem in the download of the setup file.  Try a mirror of the setup file available from:

 http://www.ESdat.net/downloads/ESdatv4Install_4400.zip

i downloaded  the setup file again and it seemed to work correctly.
