Where do NA Matrix_State results get viewed?

Have set up an NA matrix state and noted that there is no normal view for them to be reported. Also noted with the version being used. 4.4.0.7 that when I try to "Add Output View for Matrix Type" that it actually creates a view in sql that shows the zref_Matrix_Type table rather than a view on to the chem results isolated by the new state. Also How does the Default_Output_View influence anything?

The NA Matrix state is for samples where a matrix state of Solid, Liquid, or Gas isn't applicable. In practice it means that the results are output without any unit conversions being applied. By default the results of a Matrix with a NA Matrix State are only selectable when producing a Chemistry Output Table, and selecting the Matrix Type from the list. No view is exposed through the main interface. However you can set up the Data-Type buttons to show outputs with a "OChem" prefix, in which case it will be exposed. The Default_Output_View in the zRef_Matrix_Types table doesn't do anything, it is for backwards compatibility. Warwick
