Hello,

I've been getting the error message that there's a problem exporting environmental limits. I've tried installing the relevant service pack for Office 2010, uninstalling/reinstalling ESdat, re-importing the relevant investigation levels, and deleting apostrophes (as recommended for a similar problem on this forum). The deletion of apostrophes worked for the export of one chemistry table but then the error returned the second time I tried and hasn't left since. Is there something else I can do to fix the problem?

Thanks,

Emily

Hello Emily,

Have you confirmed that deselecting inclusion of environmental standards (tickbox) in the export prevents the error message from appearing?

Refining your selection of environmetal standards included in the export may also refine which standard has the issue.

Alex
