Hi is there a way to complete a count of the internal laboratory duplicate and spike results from the secondary laboratory (split samples) like what you can do with the primary through through the summary counts in the output.

The counts of those samples for the secondary laboratory isn't included in the standard QA Report.  However, you can obtain the information in the main ESdat interface.  Under "Chem Tracking" (or even under Data Tables - Chemistry Samples), filter for the samples in the secondary lab report.  You can either then count them, if the numbers a small; or produce a "Summarise Data"report (toolbar to left of data grid) listing each Sample Type and a count.
