Hi, Just wondering how to permanantly change holding time settings in LabQA menu. Holding time errors are being reported for BTEX compounds when laboratory documentation does not report such exceedances. Just wondering how this information is sourced in ESdat and how to change settings permanently. For example sampled to extraction and sample date to analysis date etc.. Also, Id like to permanently add some specific analytes to the holding time menu, such as microbiological x3, nitrate, nitrite etc, however there is only enough space for four specific analytes. I note that I can change these menu options, once, however the defult options are referred to by the next time I open the QA. Sally-Anne

Hello Sally, In regards to saving your QA Profile, can you not type a name next to the QA Profile caption and click Save, or else do the same from the "QA Profile" menu item, both being on the Lab QA Form. Have you tried this, but it is not saving? Warwick
