I have couple questions relating to program usage. 1.) When I import “Redox” from field chemistry to the program. In excel screen (interface of ESdat), “Redox” tab is turned to green highlight, but I cannot find its value in the ESdat program. 2.) I have Surfer program on my laptop. When I try to connect to which it keeps informing “cannot find open version”. Any suggestion?

Redox will be imported as the import data is highlighted green. If you can't see data on output there is most likely a unit conversion issue, is "Check Units" on the main screen highlighted in red? What version of Surfer do you have? you will need 7,8 or 9. It may also be that Surfer needs to be run at least once by someone with admin privlidges so it can "register" itself on the computer.
