Hi Warwick,

When i make a copy of a Chemistry Output Table the error "Application-defined or object-defined error" is displayed.

What does this error refer to?

Cheers,

Brad

Hi Brad,

It happens only when exporting a Chemistry Table, not when doing other Excel interactions (QA Report, Import Template) ?  Can you try doing a repair on Excel / Office?

If you can have a look at the questions / steps at http://www.ESdat.com.au/ESdathelp/database_problems_or_bugs.htm that feedback will help.

Regards,

Warwick

The issue was caused by making changes to templates in the installation folder.

To resolve, close Excel, completely uninstall ESdat, and comfirm the installation folder is completely empty.  Then reinstall.

If the problem persists determine your Template Path, and remove all files from that folder (ie move elsewhere).
