Chem Code Error on Guidelines Upload

When loading Alberta Tier 1 guidelines (2014) we received a most cryptic (and decidedly unhelpful) error: "Data provider or other service returned an E_FAIL status". I am at a complete loss for what this could possibly mean. This error appeared only when importing the Groundwater guidelines for coarse soil, commercial/industrial land use, and only for aluminum, nickel, and ammonia. The other land uses in that workbook have the same parameters and they all imported with no issues. What is going on here? Thanks, Brad Camroux

Hi Brad, We've never seen that one before, it looks like the error is being generated from the database itself (SQL Server), and it is, as you say, unhelpful. Can you forward a screen shot of it, and the Excel Import Template at the time of the error via email? Thanks, Warwick
