Hi there,

I just wanted to put a request for the ability to approve multiple locations and lab reports in one go.  Having to click on each one individually is somewhat ridiculous.  I can understand it a little more for lab reports, but for locations we should be able to approve many at once.  Having the option to do so for both locations and lab reports would be a fantastic time saver!

Thanks

Hi Brad,

Further to my comment below, if a bulk set of locations have been imported via ESdat Desktop, then they can be bulk updated in ESdat Desktop.

Select Data Tables – Locations, filter for the locations to approve, and edit the “Accepted” column.  Also the “Accepted By” and “Accepted_Date” if needed.

For info on editing all values in a column see http://www.ESdat.net/ESdathelp/index.html?editing_and_deleting.htm

Regards

Tom

Ah yes, true enough.  Thanks, Tom.  Is it also possible to do lab report approvals in this manner?  Mostly I'm thinking for data that was in there before switching to Version 5.  New reports will be reviewed and accepted individually.
