Speaking with our QA coordinator - there are some reporting features that would assist us.

- Put the LabReport Number on the interlab outputs in QA report. It currently places 'Interlab' in the row - whereas we would like to see the LabReport Number as well as know its the Interlab results

- Be able to export out  JUST the secondary lab (Interlab) data in the Chem QA report table - for validation of data purposes.

Also for general Chem reports we are still looking at how we store and put on the reports qualative data  - eg a turbidity description. Any suggestions on how a category or descriptive text can be put out easily on chem reports? We currently use a set number and a comment and do replace statements.

Hi Justin,

We have an update scheduled for about a week away, and both those QA requests will be in that update.

For purely textual results, ESdat does still require a numerical representation.  We've considered removing that in the past, however the use of conventions for results such as Asbestos, or Turbidity makes quantitative (graph or map) analysis easier, so the requrement has been retained.  We'd be happy to discuss offline how you would ideally like to see it working.

Regards,

Warwick

Hi Justin,

On the QA Settings, Duplicates, tab you can select to include Field Duplicates or Interlab Duplicates in the outputs, both are selected by default, but you can change your QA Profile to only include one.
