Hi,

We've had a re-occuring issue with PFOS data in ESdat.

All perflurochemicals (after confirming that the lab data has been imported correctly) are shown in the database and we're able to generate tables for screening- with the exception of PFOS.

PFOS data does not show itself at all in the database after import and this has happened with different projects.

 I have tried the following:

  • Re-importing data after clean delete and after trying to add new to existing
  • Checking the chemistry profile for Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) in the z ref table
  • Checking that it is in the correct chem group
  • Filtering only PFOS in the database
  • Checking the matrix is correct

Just wondering whether this problem been reported before?

We've had to manually input PFOS data into the tables but now have a larger project with over 150 samples which we really don;t want to have to do manually.

Cheers

Ben
