I’m having some issues with creating a QA report, specifically with regards to a number of sample types (e.g. matrix spikes) not being reported.

The main one that I can’t seem to work out is for matrix spikes where the ‘MS recovery not determined, background greater to 4x spike level’.  There are others however I have a feeling that these may be attributed to the output provided by the laboratory. Other issues include the following:

- Frequency of laboratory QC samples not being reported after checking the box on the ‘1 in 20’. 

- Non-compliances being raised for method blanks, spikes and duplicates where one of each has been completed in the SDG. 

Can you please provide some suggestions on how to address these?
