Synching of data from PLog to ESdat Table

Hey,
I am having a communication error with the data uploaded from pLog being imported into ESdat. The Lithological_Description under the Geology data table remains empty however all the other fields entered are imported and displayed fine. Is this an issue with the pLog.GEDT template file?
Currently that section of the template is set to:
Lithological_Description: [Tertiary Major Constituent]
; ' ' & [Secondary Major Constituent]
; ' ' & UCASE([Primary Major Constituent])
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Matthew, The Lithological Description column isn't populated from PLog data, it is provided for people who wish to manually upload the entire description into one field. The data from PLog is stored in the specific fields in ESdat (ie Consistency, Gradation, Angularity). See http://www.ESdat.net/ESdatHelp/plog_to_ESdat_translation.htm for more information on the mapping of PLog data to ESdat.
This data is then combined into one description when being exported from ESdat to the logging package (ie ESlog).
The PLog.gedt file you mention is no longer used, it was for when PLog was running on PALM systems. Currently PLog data is automatically synched via ESdat Server (not Desktop). Regards, Warwic
