Import error message

Hi all,
I need to import surface water flow data to my database, but I cannot do this due to an import error. I´m using a blank import template. When trying to add data, I get the following error message in the date/time column: ´Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal´. Please check the screenshot attached (Capture). How can I solve this issue? Thank you very much.
Another issue is the following: I cannot get a full surface water flow import template using the ´Import´ button. Please check the screenshot attached (Capture2). Is this a problem of my program version?
Thank you
Regards
Capture2.PNG (35kb) downloaded 1 time(s). Capture.PNG (30kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

Hi Nico,
We'll look into it. In the interim if you put the Date/Time header in the excel import template in square brackets [Date/Time] does that help?
(/ is a special character and field names with special characters need to be in square brackets, but normally ESdat would work that out behind the scenes. )
Also you said you can't generate an Import template for that table, but you have one shown. Was that generated previously, before the error, and saved?
Regards
Warwick

Thank you very much Warwick,
I tried to put the Date/Time header in the excel import template in square brackets, and It does not work, I get the same error.
And yes, the template I´m using was previously generated, when my program was working properly.
My ESdat version is 5.1.34, is that the latest version? Thank you
Regards

Hi Nico, If you are still seeing the field called "Date/Time" instead of "Date_Time" when generating an Import Template it is not the latest version, you will have to update. Did you update after the post indicating it was fixed? Regards, Warwick
