Thanks: 1 times

Hello,

Just wondering if there is a pre-processing I have to do to avoid the following issue.

We have multiple projects where we need to do field measurement and sampling on the same dates, or additional analytes (samples on the same date) received on different lab reports.

After importing the data into ESdat, the QA report will report as the following:

and the ouput chem will have 2 coloumn with the same date:

I want the blue-text dissapear and analytes with the same date will be in 1 coloumn.

Thanks,

Yanti

Hello Yanti,

When you export a Chemistry Output Table you will get another sheet called "SampleSummary".  You should check there that all the sample details are identical for the samples that you want to be aligned in one column, in addition to the sample fields that you have elected to report on the Chemistry Output Table.

In the QA report, you will need to elect to not report that QA Check, in the "Other" tab prior to producing the report.

Regards,

Warwick
