Hi Warwick,
I am trying out the new standards. For some strange reason, I am getting a 'hit' on my standards with a min action level and action level (Ex. Getting a hit for 0.1 on a standard that is 3-400). Is there a way to prevent that from happening?
Regards,
Jufar

Hi Jufar, A result of 0.1 is outside the minimum Action Level of 3 in the example below, so it is an exceedance. Similar if you have a pH Action Level range of 5-7 then a result of 4 or 8 will both be exceedances as they are respectively lower then the minimum and higher than the maximum. Warwick
