500 - Internal Server Error in ESdat Web

In ESdat Web when trying to access data views such as chemistry tables or chemistry maps for a particular project, a "500- Internal Server Error" is returned. Sre they any suggesting on trying to find the source of the issue in the database for the particular project?

Hi,
Can you please send us some more details to our HelpDesk email.
Please send through some information about the specific Project and Data Views you are trying to generate, including some screen grabs from before you get the error and any filters you might have applied.
If you could include some hyperlinks as well, this would be greatly appreciated.
