I need to add data into the conditional matrix column type, for soil, when i am approving lab reports. When i try to select there is no option to choose, the matrix is selected as soil, but i need to be able to add Sand, Silt, Clay as a conditional matrix. I am working in the online system.

Can somebody please point me in the right direction to add the options, when soil matrix type is chosen.
