Hi,

When we print exprt tables, particularly smaller ones (e.g. only one or two analytes) the table is always bunched up in the top left corner, rather than centred.

I was wondering if there was a way to automatically centre the table, and increase the size to fit the page, or whether this always has to be done manually.

If it is to be done manually what is the best way to do this?

Thanks

Hello Libby,

As table size is so variable and the auto-fit functions in Excel not as good as manual adjustment it is often necessary to tweak the page layout to center the table, if that's what you want, or get it to fit your page size.

Typical methods might be to play with the margins (left, right, top, bottom), and the zoom level under Page Setup.

Alex.
