Rinsate blank detects not showing up in QA Checker

We have exported a QA report which shows (0) detections in blanks, however when you click on the blanks link, and scroll across the page, the detections can be seen in the rinsate blank. This only occurs when table view is selected. If we select list view, the detections in blanks are counted and shown in the brackets (7). We are running an Access version. Is this happening because Access can not handle the number of blanks we are asking it to check?
Thanks

Hello, Rinsates will be output under the "Field Blanks" section of the QA Report. When outputs are produced in "List" format a count of the number of entries is included in the heading for that section in the Table of Contents.
That isn't the case for outputs that are produced in "Tabular" format, where no number of exceedances is provided in the Table of Contents. You need to click into that section to view the table, and any detects in blanks will be shown in bold. In the Access version you may run up against an issue with too many columns in the tabular format if you have a very high number of blanks, that is because of a restriction in Access. If you have that you are likely producing a QA report across lots of lab reports and may need to refine the filter. (this limitation doesn't apply to the SQL Server version) Warwick Edited by user Wednesday, January 30, 2019 2:48:45 PM(UTC)
