Im attempting to export the Field/Interlab rpd report for a project on a site. 

 The first time i got an export. But rerunning  - im now just getting 

This page can’t be displayed

  • Make sure the web address http://ESdat.golder.gds is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Error.

Any thoughts on how this could be helped?  Is there a timeout on the webpage occuring?

Hi Justin,

For this kind of thing we'll need to see the server logs.  Can you send them through directly (not via the forum)?  They are accessed under the info button on the top right (for Admin users).

If you can include the URL and any screenshots with that it will also help.
