We have SPOCAS laboratory data for 20+ samples. Certain analytes (TPA, TSA, etc) that are shown on the laboratory reports (and are confirmed to be imported correctly into ESdat and showing up on the database) are not showing up on generated data tables. No filters, etc. have been applied to the table generation. Any solution for this?

Yes you are correct, it is a unit conversion error. However, the units the analytes have been reported in are the ones I require on the table (as they match the assessment criteria), and the 'recommended unit conversions' do not cover the analytes that are having issues being displayed. Examples of the units are 'moles H+ /t', '%w/w and '%w/w S'. Any options or will they have to be added manually?

Hi Jack,

You can change the output unit for a particular ChemName to be anything that you want.  In this case the "Recomended Units" are not applicable.

There are various ways of changing the output units.  If you are using ESdat Desktop you can do it from the "Check Units" form that shows the error, you can click on the value you want to change in the output units column and type/paste the value you want, which in this case would be the same as the units the lab reported them in.   For large volumes you can bulk update directly in the data tables.
