Hi,

I recently have this message when importing lab files "Object variable or With block variable not set", and when I proceed the resulted import errors say "Parent Record Missing" 

We use ESdat server v 3.5.18290, ESdat desktop v 5.1.59, and Microsoft Ofice 365 Business (means the excel version is updated automatically). Is it possible because the latest excel version is not compatible with the one that is currently used in ESdat? 

How can we fix the problem?

Notes:

Follow ups directly with the user found it only happened for some lab files, not all.  The issue was found to be a corruption in the lab files and having them resent from the lab resolved the issue.
