Hi

I have uploaded the groundwater lab reports using the browser version then assigned the QA samples (i.e. duplicates, rinsate and trip blanks) accordingly.

For rinsate and trip blanks samples - i have changed the sample type to "Rinsate" and "Trip_B" respectively. I did not fill in the location code or any other information. I can generate a "Field Blank" table on the browser version. However, when i tried to generate a complete QA table using the desktop version, the QA checker report is missing the field blank data. On the desktop version, I have checked for available sample type under 'water chemistry', it showed that I only have "normal, field_D and interlab_D" but not either "Rinsate" or "Trip_B".

Do you know where have gone wrong?

Thanks heaps.

Hi,

You mentioned that you have serveral lab reports.  Are any of the Rinsate or Trip_B samples in a lab report that doesn't include normal samples?

Also, what version of the Web Interface are you using?  You can also export a full QA report directly out of the Web Interface.  Have you tried this?

Have a look at our online manual for more details on the QA module in ESdat Server: http://ESdat.net/ESdat_Server_Help/index.html?qa_labreports.htm

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Nick

All Rinsate and Trip_B samples are in the report with normal samples.

Yeap, when i export full QA report in the lab - the field blanks are there. It still doesnt appear in the QA report from the desktop version.

Also, the "holding time" output from desktop verssion actually tells you Y or N samples exceeding holding time. The browser version only showes the number of days samples were extracted/analysed.

Cheers.
