Hi, I am trying to import a lab report and I am getting a general error code of "7881-Data Error", but I can't find anywhere to tell me what that error code means? Thanks, Annette

Hi Annette, The best resolution for this is to have the lab send your Lab Reports directly to your ESdat Lab Report email address. This will be listed in Licencee Management. The benefit of this process is that it sends an error message directly back to the lab, with specific details on the error, and often also how to resolve it. Otherwise, you may need to send the file directly to our Helpdesk for us to look at. Thanks, Nick

Hi Nick,
I've now spoke to the lab directly and hopefully they will re-issue the report in a timely fashion, with the errors corrected. Fingers crossed!
Thanks,
Anenette
