Lab report not "visible"

Hi
I am wondering, why sometime the lab report is not "visible" (on the browser version 3.6.19091.0).
For example, on the home page, i select "Lab Reports" from the menu, then filter the reports by Project ID It only showed i have 3 reports (when 4 were uploaded). One of the report was not available (i.e. not visible) for selection.
However, if i select "Data View" on the home page, then select "Chemistry Results", then filter by Project ID, results of all four lab reports are available on the Chem Table.
I attached the screen shot from both approach here.
Thanks.

Hi, It may depend on how the Lab Report was uploaded (and when). Any Lab Reports uploaded using the Server Web Interface will always be listed here, and it is the Lab Reports table that creates the list in the Server Web Interface.
If you have historical data, or Lab Reports that were imported using ESdat Desktop sometime in the past, these may have Chemistry Samples and Chemistry Results, but may not have a record in the Lab Reports table. When building your filter in "Data Views" it gets the Lab Report from the Chemistry Samples table, rather than the Lab Reports table, which is why you're seeing different things when looking through the "Lab Reports" section versus the "Data Views" section.
