Unit conversion problems in QA report

Hi all,
My QA report is showing a list of OriginalChemNames with Unit Conversion Problems. This is fine, however, many of the OriginalChemNames are reported from the lab in the same unit we output data (ug/L). I am having trouble understanding why they are reported as having Unit Conversion Problems?
Thanks,
Alastair.

Hi Alastair, Are you able to include a screen capture of the unit conversion sheet showing the issues? This will help us get a better picture of what you mean. Thanks, Nick

Hi Alastair, Thanks for posting that. Given that the error is related to trying to convert between % and mg/L, it is most likely due to lab QC samples. For example matrix spike samples will report the resultant recovery as a %, even though the primary results are mg/L. Assuming that your actual chemistry tables are being presented correctly, I don't think it's anything to concern yourself with. If you want to find the particular results that are causing the issue, you can use the ChemQA2_Chemistry_Results_with_Raw_Results view and filter to those ChemNames to see which ones have a unit of %. Cheers, Nick
