Hi guys,

I'm a bit lost with this error - where in the files do the SDG values need to go, to match up with the header file COC number?

Hi Brad,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

There is a SDG column in the Chemistry Samples csv file.  http://www.ESdat.net/Lab_Specifications.aspx

The values in that column need to be present as a COC_Number in the Header file http://www.ESdat.net/Lab_Specifications_eFiles_eLabReport.aspx

If samples are associated with different SDG's in the one lab report that is fine, you can have multiple COC_Number entries in the Header file.  However if you are manually creating the Header file by entering the values into the simplified version for manual entry at http://www.ESdat.net/Lab_Report_Header.aspx then you can only enter one COC_Number.  This manual tool isn't really a long term option for ongoing use, just to tide you over until the LIMS can support the full export.

Regards,

Warwick

Thanks Warwick, do you mean the eCOC COC_Number? We've traditionally had a customer COC number in that field with no issue. I did move move the SDG number across into that field and it seemed to work.

Hi Brad,

The clients COC number should be used for by the COC number  and the SDG values.
