Hi,

When viewing labels in the chemistry map data view in ESdat online, i can't seem to enter 'no result' characters. This doesn't make too much difference in the ESdat map view as it just shows as a blank. However, when i try to export the labels to PNG, the 'no result' data doesn't register and the data offsets itself - see attached Word file with some pictures comparing the two formats.

Any ideas how to overcome this?

What symbol/character are you trying to use for 'no result'?

same as non-detect '-'. I have tried all sorts of symbols to no avail.

We found a bug which was causing this and are working on a fix.

I'll let you know when it's been patched.

We've updated the map label export, so you should now be able to export your labels correctly.
