Hi,

We had to update one of our computers to Window's 10 and re-installed ESdat Desktop.  When we try to set up the licensing, we are getting this Error "30360 Current REcordset does not support updating.  This may be a limiation of the provider, or  of the selected locktype."

I am wondering what is the best way to go about it.  Thank you.

Hi Jufar,

You may need to right click on ESdat and "Run as Admin".  If that doesn't work you may need to ask someone with actual Admin permissions (such as IT) on the PC.
