Permissions Error for EDIF Export

Hi,
Could you please assist with the following issue?
I am trying to export an EDIF file and keep getting the error in the
screen shot below. I am logged into ESdat Online using an administrator
account.

Hi Justine,
The issue you're encountering is because you don't have your Projects associated with any Sites.
When creating an EDIF, the Site ID is populated into certain fields and is required to generate the file.
It is also a recommended/assumed that all Projects be associated with at least one Site, as the Site is where all the location information is stored: http://ESdat.net/ESdat_Online_Help/index.html?projects.htm
As you don't currently have any Sites, you will need to create one and associate it with the Project you are trying to export data for.
