Thanks: 1 times

Hi,

We have a few new PC at work with Windows 10 and Office 365. I tried to set a template path for report template but it doesn't allow me to go down to the folder where the report template located, so we can't output them with our template (with logo, etc.). It only let me to the Drive Letter Path.

What else should I check? So we can we use our repot template as per before?

Hi Yanti,

You will need to check that the PC can access the network folder where your template is stored.

You can test this by just navigating to the folder using File Explorer.

If this is a mapped drive, you should also make sure that you are using the UNC address, rather than a drive letter, to make sure that it locates the folder no matter the drive letter that is mapped.

Your IT should be able to help you identifiy the UNC address of the folder.

Thanks,

Nick
