Match Lab Report sample details from LSPECS

Hello, When I'm receiving laboratory reports from one of my labs the sample QA/Locations/Depths etc.. update automatically from LSPECS. However from another of my labs it's not? Do you know why it might be working for one lab but not another?

Hello,
First check that the lab report is correctly associated with the COC number that's in the Monitoring Round Overview page.
If not it means that the lab is not returning the correct COC number with the lab report which ESdat needs to match the Lab Report to the COC.
Once that is matched it will get the sample details by matching the Field ID values.
