Deleting Locations with Planned Location Visits

Hi,
We're trying to delete some locations that we don’t need/require anymore, and can’t seem to do it via Desktop or Web UI. These locations have been pushed to pLog previously via LSPECS.
We suspect that this is because the locations have previously been pushed to pLog and have associated data in tables that we can’t access via the Desktop app. The Web UI also just errors when trying to reject the location.
What is the best way to delete these locations?
Thanks

Hi,
If the Locations have an associated record in LSPECS_Monitoring_Round_Planned_Location_Visits, then you should be able to find them in an LSPECS Monitoring Round (or Monitoring Round Plan/Schedule).
Once you find the relevant Monitoring Round (or Plan/Schedule), you should be able to delete them from there, or delete the whole Monitoring Round through ESdat Desktop (assuming there is no valid data in it).
When you complete that step, you should be able to either Reject the Location via the Location Portal in the Web UI, or delete the Location in ESdat Desktop.
Thanks,
Nick
