Hi, I have a few recent lab submissions where errors were detected. Errors that were detected include missing chem codes, duplicate data and matrix type. I know ESdat staff get these notifications as well and have prevously engaged with the laboratory directly. How do I know if a file error has been actioned?

Hello, We review the lab upload errors and follow up with the labs directly where extra guidance is required. You can also follow up with the labs directly from the Lab Uploads area. When errors for a lab report have been fixed the lab will resend it to your ESdat for automated upload. If it has successfully uploaded you will receive an email notification and will be indicated by a green tick with no error reported next to it in your Lab Uploads listing.
