ESdat error.jpg (138kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

Hi there,

My colleague regularly receives an "Oops...an error has occurred"  message  when she goes to export a chemtable to Excel. The process had been working fine for her before seemingly deciding not to work anymore.

She has tried Edge and Chrome and cleared the cache. Also tried logging out, and tired on multiple days. When she tried on another colleague’s PC, it works. The same user login is being used.

Do you have any insights into why this frustrating message keeps occurring?

 Thanks.

Hello Jono,

The export to excel should now be working for your Chem Tables.
