Questions about the Chemistry_Results update to key fields - Lab_Analysis_ID

We have updated to v 4 of the Web server/ SQL database. With the Update to the primary key [Lab_Analysis_ID] - My question - Does this have any impact on the process of Lab reissues? Or is that business as normal - ie all results deleted and replaced. Also I presume Field Chemistry is given either Date or UNK? ANd wont be allowed into database unless explicitely set on upload?
